How do you work out fuel consumption at sea level?

Basically, we need to convert a BAe-146 into an ASW aircraft for our Aerospace Engineering Uni project. In order to work out the new range and endurance for the aircraft, we need to know the fuel consumption at different flight regimes, including climb, descent and takeoff. I only have an SFC for the aircraft at a cruise altitude of approx. FL250. Any advice?

You can't guess.

You need a performance manual or electronic equivalent.

Why not contact these folks with a suitably humble request?

I fly a science DC-8, and part of the profile can be at 500' to 1500' AGL. We plan for the same fuel flow as in the flight levels, but use 250 KIAS below 10,000'.
