MccPilot Log Book Problem, anyone?
Hello,
Anyone encounter problem when input onblock & offblock value 00:00 or 24:00 in free edition?
I installed the free edition first prior to buy this 90 USD Enterprise elogbook software. I choose mccpilotlog despite of logtenpro because of free future update, and it has online data base backup.
really need advice on this.
thank you.

Good morning Abenk,
I have the enterprise edition and found that 24:00 is not acceptable for the system, having to use 00:00 instead.
I hope this helps, but if not, contact the help desk. They are lightning fast.

Hi taz.devil, Good afternoon, here UTC+7
Unfortunately I had try both of them 00:00 or 24:00 but the form didn't recognize the value number. I didn't contact the support yet becuse it's free edition.

I remember when was in the Navy nothing happened exactly at midnight. You either used 2359 or 0001 to avoid any confusion about what day the event happened on. I know that means two minutes go missing each night but it never seemed an issue. I suspect the logbook program is working the same way.

Good afternoon then abenk,
I am really happy with the enterprise edition so I would not be discouraged in your place.
My best advice is to contact the help desk to fix the issue, as the free edition is the entry door for their business. I bet they will give you a fix within 24 hours.

Second that idea about contacting support desk. They are very responsive to problems and can generate a fix quickly, or explain how to correct your problem.

Just out of curiosity, is it possible to put signatures in MCCPilotLog like in LogTen Pro?
I am considering to use it from PPL onwards and I would like to have both an electronic and paper logbook and would like the electronic logbook to be signed too.
If yes and differently, how does it work?
Thanks!

You can both scan your signature to use in signing for the page as you normally do. You can also have the examiner sign your flight with his/her signature which will be time stamped and handled in a way so it cannot be reproduced and will only show for the flight you made him sign for.
