737 NG - V2 bugged on takeoff.

After liftoff, is it possible for the bugged V2 speed to be low enough that it appears within the orange low-speed buffet margin?

I understand that with the pitch mode in TOGA, the FD will command V2+20. But until you select bug up or engage the A/P, the airspeed bug will remain at V2. If you're hand flying a departure, where acceleration altitude is above thrust reduction altitude, would it be possible to see A1XX flashing in the speed window indicating that the bug is below minimum safe speed?
