Noise Abatement in Copenhagen

Hi all,
I have looked in AIP and LIDO but can't for the life of me find which noise abatement procedure is in effect in Copenhagen ... Any idea A or B?

All i can find is:

Noise Abatement Procedures
Keep following MNM ALT over Greater Copenhagen (within 15NM to DME KAS):
PROP ACFT 1500ft.
JET ACFT 2500ft.
Reverse: Do not use more than idle reverse if possible.

Also, be sure not to start any turn before having passed KAS DME 2.0 (LARSO or RUBAT point on the 22L/R SIDs). ATC will frown on anybody not overflying those points and expensive letters have been sent out already.
