What aircraft type??
It can be checked on all types via the self test function of the EGPWS and on some types via the MCDU.
IOf you really need to know ask your (hopefully) friendly maintenance engineer. who I'm sure will be more than happy to tell you.

LRU Ident page will tell you, but that's in the maintenance area (CFDS/CMS), and shouldn't be accessed by flight crew (and can't be in flight). As mono said, any engineer will be able to tell you if you ask nicely.

If you press the GPWS p/b above the ND/Wx Radar brightness and let it go through the test cycle there should be a number displayed on the Nav Display. I was told that this is the GPWS database number....
