PANS OPS 4 (not applicable)

Hi all¡¡

I need your opinion.

If PANS OPS 4 are not applicable..

a) what is your engine out acceleration altitude?
b) what is your missed approach altitude?

Not sure what you're getting at - PANS OPS 5 came out in 2006.
