Terps vs pans ops speeds

Hello all,

A quick question for instrument approaches, I know that the speeds circling radius and the minimum obstacle clearance requirements are different.

From a handling speed perspective does TERPS and PANS-OPS differ for the initial, final and missed approach speeds?

Can we assume they are the same for these flight regimes

TERPS and Pans-Ops use different final approach segment speeds per aircraft CAT....
