EGLL Noise Abatement

Our company policy has been for many years to set our Thrust Reduction Alt to 1080ft in the FMS for all Heathrow departures. The reason we have always done this is apparently to comply with Noise Abatement procedures. I however, can't find any reference to this requirement. Is it still a requirement (if it ever was) to reduce thrust at 1080ft out of Heathrow?

Noise abatement procedures are in the AIP here.

It's been a long time since I've been involved with this, but I suspect that if you need cut-back to comply with stage 3 requirements or to meet the monitoring limits, then you should continue so doing.
