A simple radio question......
Just a quick one I may get in my upcoming exam, if anyone can help:
How long can an aircraft fly with its CVR u/s, under JAR OPS ( part 1.700-1.710 I believe)?
I`ve looked in various MELs and the company answer seems to be 8 sectors or 3 days max. However, several seperate sources have told me that the answers given in the paper are 72 flying hours or 4 days. I can only assume that the company regs are stricter than JAR OPS1, but I can`t find the appropriate docs to find out for myself!
Any help is greatly appreciated.
