767-300 Fuel Quantity Data Collection

Question (for 767-300 operators):
How does your airline collect Fuel Quantity data (i.e. total fuel at engine start, at engine shutdown, fuel uplift, etc.) for fuel management and ETS systems? As far as I know, the 767 does not record or transmit fuel quantity data via ACMS/ACARS. Many airlines use manual log entries (paper or electronic) for this purpose. How does your airline address this issue?
