Trans Alt EGLL

ATC procedural question for you EGLL pilots. If the Tans Alt is in fact 6,000 when departing EGLL, what altitude might might you expect to hear from ATC on the Compton Three departure? This is part of a sim set-up question over here in the colonies.

Hi Spooky 2,

Another one from this side of the pond: What will be your altimeter setting procedure on descent to Vienna (LOWW) via the BALAD or PESAT transition (or any other transition for that matter), the transition alt is 5000' the transition level is say FL60 ?
Cheers,

Descending through transition level, set local.
Climbing through transition altitude, set standard.

EGLL SIDs

All SIDs out of EGLL have an altitude restriction of 6000 ft with conditional altitudes set as well (e.g.. CPT 8 dme 4000 ft or above - don't think that is factually correct but you get the idea).

As previously stated, oct cleared to a flight level then you set Standard.

CPT departures from 09R generally have an amendment given by the tower controller along the lines of "at LON 2 due turn right heading 220deg and climb to altitude 4000ft
