I have seen reference to a "noodle" in various forums regarding Boeing glass displays and cannot find any reference to such a thing in Boeing manuals.

Is the "noodle" the same thing as the trend vector on the navigation display?

Many thanks
Z

Yes.

(Don't confuse this with catching catfish with one's bare hands.)

We also call the airspeed trend a noodle. One has to use extreme caution when the noodle gets into the zipper!

Noodle is meen or mee

You can have chow meen, dry noodle, kolo mee, tomato noodle or maggie mee or No 34.

I do nice fried noodle for £2 a dish.

Order soon before disappointment
