Airbus Approach Corrections

Hi all,

Why the approach corrections we have to apply after having a failure are higher to runway dry??

Shouldn`t it be higher for wet??

Thanks in advance,

A320

Hi A320,

The shortest acheived landing distance will be on a dry runway using maximum braking effort. Less retardation has a bigger affect on the shorter dry braking distance.
