Standard Callout

Hi everybody

Any experience on callouts regarding descent below Minimum Safe Altitude?

E.g. "3000ft blue- below MSA"

Cheers

We had a standard callout when passing "MSA", both on the way up and on the way down. It was removed quite some time ago though. No more callout now, we have to keep track without it.

I always suggest two things

1) Are we expecting that now?
2) Do we have the right altimeter setting?

As long as they are done you do not need a rote/SOP but they always help to ensure things are done.
