ICAO Annex 14 aerodromes. Section 3.9.5.
The width of a straight section of a taxiway must not be less than 15m for the A320.
[actually it should be 18m wide for a code letter C which the A320/737 aircraft are, but for a code letter C taxiway that is only intended to serve aircraft with a wheelbase of less than 18 metres, ICAO say the width may be reduced to 15 metres; the A320 wheelbase is 12.6 metres and B738 is 15.6 metres]
So 15m it is, and hope that the airport designer has widened the taxiway a bit at the corners (which they almost always do).

Thanks for the link Four Reds. In that document, there is a nice picture of the widening at section 4-5-5, page 2. That level of detail is beyond the usual operational interest, and most airline airport compatibility studies simply look at the width of the straight sections of taxiway.
The planes which require special attention to widening at corners (i.e. the provision of generous fillets) are the very long wheelbase ones, such as the A340-5/600, 777-300/ER, 747-800, AN225 and A380.

Thanks for enlightening me. The reason I mentioned regarding the width of taxi for A320 family is because some airports they have very small taxiways with no or small margin at the turns and besides the figure is not mentioned in my company manuals. Thanks.
