Variable incidence tailplane

Hi guys!

On a manually operated elevator + variable incidence stabilizer, i cant quite figure it out from my textbook. To clearify i have a few questions which i hope some of u can answer.

1) If adjust the trim before take off, will the stick move also? Propwash not taken into consideration.

2)When flying straight and level with a certain HS incidence and the elevator flushed with it. Speed is reduced so pull back on stick to maintain attitude, when I retrim, and the elevator is flushed with HS again, will the stick remain in the new "back"-position, or go forward to original position?

I kept this as basic as possible to rule out any misunderstandings.
Thx!
