Ryanair Cost Index?

Does anybody no the current Ryanair Cost Index i believe it was 35 the last time i checked has this remained unchanged?

It's 30 now with around two years. I'm surprised it has not gone lower with the price of fuel but then again RYR is always cutting cost's in other parts of the airline so the cost index calculation probally works out the same.
