Cessna Grand Caravan performance in hot conditions

I would appreciate any feedback on what kind of payload/range penalties the Cessna Grand Caravan (with 9 seats) would face in temperatures of 42 - 48 degress Celsius operating to sectors of 220-370kms.

Also details of any performance degradation in high altitudes.

thanks and brgds
