ATJL Time Carried Forward

Are any airlines leaving the total time on the airframe and cycles blank or omitted in the ATJL page? Leaving airframe and cycle totals to be a crew mystery, and knowledge for engineering only? Have a query since the ICAO sample ATJL page has total blocks to carry forward on the sample form.

Dunno, seems like it might be a flight log or tech log though. Carrying times and cycles forward might not be accomplished by flightcrew in some outfits.
