wake separation and intersection departure

Are there any additional factors to be added when departing from an intersection behind heavy aircraft? (medium behind heavy)?

thanks.

Depending on the aircraft types involved and the distance to the intersection, extra time may be added to the departure separation.

Check your AIP.

My AIP states the rules: 2min from same taxiway, 3min from an int further down runway.

it certainly depends on the preceding aircraft MTOM

Some references have you observe the roll location, roll before the midpoint and keep above path...
