iPad or PC airway flight planning software
Anyone know of an iPad or PC airway flight planning software that has a worldwide airway database to be used in flight planning?

The PC based answer is JetPlanner (Jeppesen).
Have a look at ForeFlight for iPad. My personal trial expired, so I can't tell you if it works outside the USA for flight planning.
