Russian GBAS final approach
I would like to hear from any Russian aviators on the GBAS systems shown as installed at many aerodromes.
Many aerodromes have final approach plates that are for GLS straight ins, and/or GPS/RNP transitions to a GBAS final.
Are these GBAS systems operational, and how does this facilitate the final approach? I would have all of the usual questions, aircraft equipage, RAIM issues, MET effects on minimums, and of course, is this GBAS system actually available, and does ATC support it.
