Vfto vx vy verc

Good day Budies,

Can someone help me to clarify some V speeds definitions ?
After reviewing ATPL knowledges while quicking around in FBOs especially speeds in performance chapter, i am a little bit confused about certain Vspeeds definitions.
Vx : best angle of climb
Vy : Best ROC

In the AFM, hawker 125 proline, i am trying to find those speeds. I guess VX and VY are closely linked to VFTO and VERC. I would need some clarifications about that... it s like i have a stone in my shoes !

I covered that topic pretty thoroughly here---I don't want to re-explain all that stuff too much ---if you read my replies to this thread and still have questions I'll give it another try...I'm still undergoing therapy for this topic...

I think you might have a computer simulator or something.

many jets just don't use the Vx, Vy speeds for anything in routine operations.

now, instead of spending money on a computer, go down to a nice FBO that offers flying lessons, and take 3 or 4. Then when your money runs out, read a book called, :stick and rudder.

On the 146, Vfto was "flaps to zero" speed ie min clean , 15° AOB, and Verc was "en route climb", being min manoeuvring speed ie > 15° AOB. I don't recall if the decode for the abbreviations were real or just made-up.
