There are a few items here that might be of interest, the most relevant being the Pacific OTS guide ...

First off, there's nothing special about it, it's easy and boring. All the relative information that you need to get through it is published on your enroute chart (Jeppesen at least).

Want more? Well you'll have a few hours of mind crushing boredom to read all about it in the manual if you really wanna know more.
