Spidertracks Spider S2

Does any one know if this aircraft tracking system has been approved with an STC or certified as a mod by a Part 21J DO?

The supplier web site https://www.spidertracks.com/store/fleetpro suggests it is carry on equipment, however, I have experienced issues where EASA Part 21 DO and pilots who don't consider it as carry on equipment as it is connected via an antenna and power supply cable.

I don't want to debate the classification - but would like to know of any Part 21J DO that has certified it as a change .
