Good Looking 'Planes

If it looks right it will fly right......see the MD-11 compared to say the B727.

The A388 looks like two A 330s glued together..I stole this..but is irresistible.

Airbus launched the A330-300 in 1987, it's far bigger then the 767 and was the biggest twin ever when entering service and entered service with e.g Cathay years before Boeing responded with the similar sized 777-200.

I got that from Wiki, not from the interesting book "How Airbus pushed Boeing from the top spot" by Airbus EVP John Leahy.
