A-321

Need some help with A321 systems & major differences in A320 - A321.. like any weblinks/doc downloads or sites apart from smart cockpit, on fuel, electrical systems etc..

Electrical, hydraulic, air and flight control architecture is pretty much the same as A320. The fuel system is different with 321 having no outer tanks and no centre tank pumps as such.

All I can add to that is doors as emergency exits, a much simplified potable water system (same as A319) , much more complicated flaps, and bigger wheels and brakes.

You will find more differences depending on the build date, but take an A320 and an A321 built at the same time for the same operator and thats about it.

Of course we should mention the different limitations. Weight differences are obvious but turb speeds and some autoflight limits differ. e.g. A320 can only do a SE autoland with Flap Full but A321 can do it inF3 orFFull.
