procedure
if it possible could someone describe disembarkation and refuel procedure with one engine in operation (when no ground air source and APU is INOP) if there is procedure for your company.

L1011....provided no ATC restrictions.
Number two engine operating.
At least one FD crew member on duty on the FD.
Fire services notified and present.
All exit doors manned by CC, however, doors are not armed.
Our ground engineers closly supervising refuel ops...or...doing it themselves.
We do this occasionally in Africa and Russia.
