A320 critical engine

Hi guys anyone can explain which one is the critical engine on a A320 in relation to the wind? And why?

The critical situation arises when you experience DUAL ENG FAIL

The upwind engine is the critical one. The aircraft will always tend to weathervane into the wind, adding an engine failure on the upwind side of the aircraft will add to that yaw.
