737NG EHSI Question

Hi guys,

I just watched a video and it showed a three mile circle around an airport on the EHSI.

8 seconds in and you'll understand what I mean.

Can anyone shed some light on how to do this?

They might have selected the runway instead of the airport in the video, but I doubt it.
