Polar public transport operations

I'm struggling with this, which I thought should be at my fingertips - but wasn't.

Can anybody point me to the regulations that will define the minimum navigational equipment requirements for a G-registered public transport aeroplane operating in polar regions?

I imagine they are contained in the Doc 7030 relevant to the region. For EUR and NAT, they're here:
