CF6 Flameout/EEC issue

Our airline has had a few CF6 flameouts recently apparently related to a hardware and software issue on their respective EEC's. "Flyback Voltage" is the name used to describe this anomaly.

Any other carriers experiencing this anomaly, and what information have they distributed to crewmembers on this?

Most likely CF6-80C2Bxx.

A few years ago there was a spate of CF6-80E1 (bigger fan) flameouts, apparent quickly resolved.

No.

No recommendation on changing bleed configuration.

UK Registered B767 300's with GE CF-6 80C2xx

When Engine Anti-Ice required BELOW 22000ft WING Anti-Ice is also required to be switched ON

Unknown to me, we do not operate 763's but have many on airbus and MDC aircraft. May be a Boeing problem.
