Economy seats cost up to 20000 USD for a triple (so ~7k per seat). Large variation is present, with the cheapest being less than 50% of the most expensive. Also: you have huge differences in the installed equipment.
And finally: seats are usually BFE, so the prices are the result of negotiation.

We are tearing down an old B747-200 and the seats are Avio Interiors Shuttle 397 seats (Italian) for a B777 made in 2001 , I have 460 of them and finding out market info is difficult , usually when we do a tear down the seats are much older and are sold off to sea ferry operators here , these seats are still in good shape so hopefully there's still a market for them.
