MD-80 controls force feedback
Is there anyone who can provide the following information for the MD-80
How much force does it take to operate:
rudder
aileron
elevator
brakes
How much force adds a "stick pusher" at the stall.
I believe that I have read that turning full aileron requires approx. 15 lbs force on the ground.
How much extra power will be used on controls during flight, is there force feedbak ? like if speed's faster it's harder to move the columns.
what's the movement angle of the columns ? (max and min angle)
Is the normal column possition 90 degrees (straigt up ?)
Is the angle 90 degrees in straight flight, or is it dependent on the straight flights speed and pitch

dont know exactly, but you need to eat some potatoes and spinach. its a man's plane.
unlike that off those fancy airbus boys.
one figure a could remember from groundschool was 50lbs.
honestly not entirely sure about this but here it goes
i think it was to override the 2 columns input. the ap controls lets say left column, and mechanical linkage from left column moves right column. and it would take 50lbs of force on the right column to override the left column.

Can you remember what forces you have to use in manual flight on:
rudder
aileron
elevator
brakes (on ground )
Then i think I must quit eating french fries and go to eat the right potatoes
