ADDS - Aviation Digital Data Service

The above is a start point. Type SWL in the search window and follow your nose. Lots of stuff here.

Have a look at ICAO Annex 3, Part II, Appendix 1 (pp 3 ff of the pdf).

Significant Weather Charts

Well...generally you have to actually pay for admission.
We use, in our ops, either, Jeppesen/BaseOps/Universal Weather, or...Hidad, for enroute/terminal weather services, plus a whole lot more...(landing/parking/overflight clearances, flight plans, etc.)
Even Hidad seems to get it right (mostly) so...pay up or...do without.

Ain't no free lunch...sorry.

Hi

Thanks a lot for your links. I can see the difference among the maps.

Is there anyone who dares to attach a real map and do a predictions/readings as the weather man? (or weather woman...)

It would be a good exercise for all of us.

Have nice landings.
