Because your airline might be operating A319, A320 and A321. The emergency descent memory items are the same for all variants: Select full speed brake during an emergency descent, regardless whether or not it will give you full or only half speed brakes and regardless which variant you are flying. Also in case of CCQ it will be the same memory items on all types.

if you are too high, running out of options and don’t wanna extend the gears, AP off with full speed brakes give you a nice ROD. Very useful in times of non expected shortcuts. Worth a try.

There is a full eight year difference between posts #17 and onwards, just saying.

The notion about different g load commands wit EAI sounds weird.
