A320 dinghies

1/ If you'd have to file an ICAO type FPL, what would you put in item 19 (Dinghies) if your A320 is only fitted with single-lane escape slides?

2/ If those slides are considered as dinghies what's their capacities?

3/ Do you think it's legal to operate extended overwater flights with single-lane escape slides (i.e. no rafts)? (under EU-OPS)

Just wanna get other opinions.

Thanks.

No. If the aircraft is equipped with only escape slides then the aircraft is not certified for extended overwater operation. The aircraft must instead be fitted with specific slide-rafts (or possibly also separate rafts) plus the associated emergency equipment/provisions. Each model of slide raft has a rated occupant capacity.
