endless questions~:)
i find that in our company 737NG fleet, we have two safety relief valves, and above that hole, there is the words "safety relief valve" and my question is there is another words saying " static port do not plug or obstruct". is there a static port inside? according to my FCOM, there are 6 static ports mounted in the aircraft. 3 in each side of the fuselage. the static port in the rear is not mentioned at all.
thanks a lot~
is there a real static port mount in there? or the safety relief valve plays the role of a static port?

The safety relief valves prevent the cabin-to-ambient pressure differential from exceeding 8.95 psid.
To get a pressure difference you need 2 values. This static ports belong to the actuating mechanism of the safety relief valves.

thank you IFixPlanes!
i guess u can fix the plane very well~
here is my tiny question: our max PSID for the 737-700, -800 is 9.1PSID.
what is the number 8.95 come from?
does the safety relief valve open before the PSID reach the maximum?
waiting for you help~
