Which is the quietest jet cockpit (cruise)??

Well, I always flew the A340 without a headset above FL100, just using Speaker and Handmike. It worked very well.

i wouldn't want to fly that CRJ without the noisereducing headsets we are given - it's a lot louder while being slower than the 340.

edit: Of course we'd put on the headset overflying the UK, as regulations demand.

Air Transat 236 was pretty quiet during its (short) cruise and descent!!!
