Arrival atis on ACARS

Can anyone tell me, if i can get D-ATIS on ACARS of JFK and OHare airport. thanks.:

Now can anyone tell me if I can get a portable-VHF-or-GPS-kind-of-cheap-and-light ARINC compliant gadget that will receive D-ATIS when I fly around in single engine piston aircraft?

Edit: Sorry, didnot search well enough. There is another thread with basically same question.
