Please explain how the ''Fly by wire'' technology works in detail and why is it used. Thanks

The basics are actually pretty simple, manual input by pilot is converted to a regulated signal of voltage that makes it's way usually through a computer to the flight control where that rated voltage tells a valve to open or close.

The actuator on the flight control in return sends back a regulated voltage "based on the electrical resistance of a device that veries with actuator position" back to the computer to verify the actuator is doing what it is told to.

well I dont know why you post it here when it can be easily googled but the simple answer is...
A fly by wire (FBW) system replaces manual flight control of an aircraft with an electronic interface.
