A320 Overhead Panel

Have anyone seen a "+" markings on the A320 overhead panel?
Its as small as the "28VU" markings on the overhead panel as well.

I saw a couple of "+" markings on in like in the wing anti ice panel.

Anyone knows what this means?
Where can i get a reference for it?

Thanks

If no one answers this, it's probably because it has been answered a thousand times before
