Try www.cpat.com .They are offering all kind of stuff with diferent engines.

I'd give you mine if I could, however, there is a rather good systems description manual available online ( Boeing 757 Tech Info :: Contents ) with some rather fancy features that could help you out in the meantime. It's only RR engines though, nonetheless very comprehensive.

Is this Flt ops CBT or Maintenance CBT on the B757.
I'm looking for the latter.
