Ground Incident/Accident Statistics

Does anyone have any information on the average costs per year (per flight) caused by ground incidents/accidents (collisions with ramp vehicles, other aircraft, light pole, etc)?

Hi, IATA has published a statistics and presentation to this thematic. I saw it during my ISAGO training. The direct costs are around 4 Billion USD a year, the indirect costs are much higher.
