Boeing 757 pilots

Hi, is there any B757 pilots out there that can tell me the mid cruise weight for this aircraft as well as thefuel flow rates - i am getting contradictions in my research, any help would be muchly appriciated.

Can you give a specific segment length, or any other more specific definition of "mid"?

B757 Cruise Fuel

Hope this helps. If you need more sophisticated detail, I can search attic for manuals but this QRH extract is from those very manuals. Top chart is Optimum altitude and others are, I hope, self explanatory.
