VHF coverage / HF requirement
Hi All,
I need your help again.
For commercial transport, 2 independant communication means are required.
For routes where VHF coverage is not guaranteed, we need 2 HF.
Would someone know where I could find updated maps of VHF Comm coverage for several flight levels (FL150, FL 300, FL370, FL 410)?
Especially for Eastern Europe (Russia), Middle East and Africa?

I'd start with the country's AIP regarding comms requirements and coverage, most are available online these days, also- you might find that 1 HF will suffice in some countries, I think I am correct in saying that in Saudi, e.g. a minimum of 1 operational HF is required regardless of route of operation.
