Airline Operating Costs Breakdown

Does anyone have an updated breakdown of operating costs for an "average" airline ? IATA published them sometime ago , but the latest data I have is 2001 (!) which quotes fuel as 16%, aircrew costs as 14%, maintenance as 11% which I am sure is very different from the current situation.

Does anyone have more current industry or IATA data ?

Thanks in advance
