RVR Transmissiometers on Jeppesen

1) According OPS1 required RVR values must be compared with a/c performance , where Jeppesen pubblish the THR distances of the transmissiometers for a given RWY ?

2) How many RVR points can be installed for a runway ? Is there any rule according runway lenght or App Category (EDDM has 4) ?

No accurate measurement data is depicted on Jepp charts, to my knowledge. The only way to do it would be to measure it on the 10-9 chart. Old fashioned but still might be an option.
