A320 QNH limitation

Yesterday in UACC local QNH was 1053 hpa neither the FCU nor MCDU allowed for this input. I checked other planes (320s) and some of them have the MCDU limited to 1050 but FCU can go much higher. What does it mean? Is there any QNH limit for A320 or any other plane or Air Data Computers?
