Telex 750 headset wiring?

Anyone know on the headphone plug as well as on the microphone side which wire goes where... is the red the + and the black - how do they connect the wires to the plugs?

do they ground them or not.. etc

If anyone has a wiring manual for the 750 I'd love to take a look!

You can attach a "D" cell battery to paired wires, easily worked out.
